TYPES OF INTERNET CONNECTIONS - There two types of internet connection
Dedicated Internet Connection
In a dedicated Internet connection, you do not need to ask your ISP for a connection every time you want to connect to the Internet. Many large organizations and universities use dedicated Internet connections because they need to use the Internet a lot of time.
Dial-up Internet Connection
In a dial-up connection, you need to connect to the ISP every time you want to connect to the Internet. You can disconnect from the Internet after completing your work. A dial-up Internet connection is usually less expensive and has a slower data transfer rate compared to a dedicated Internet connection.
Using this worksheet list at least one advantage or one disadvantage for either of the connection types.
